"There are a couple of major developments that I have seen over the last few years that are changing the document services industry: (1) law firms are recognizing the benefit of technology (scanning, imaging, coding) and moving away from traditional reproduction; and (2) companies are scrambling to meet the demand. This is both good and bad.
