Superior Document Services Expands E-Discovery Staff

We have recently added two specialists to the E-Discovery team. These additions will enhance our production capabilities and provide innovative solutions drawn from their education and experience.

Daniel Attaway, a graduate of James Madison University, has degrees in both Computer Science and Technical and Scientific Communication. He is proficient in several programming languages and he is a talented hardware technician. Daniel interned with Superior for the past three summers; this experience has allowed him to hit the ground running and we are very pleased that he is now with us full time.

Ethan Baldridge joined Superior Document Services in October, 2008. Ethan has a degree in Computer Programming with over ten years experience. He has already had a positive impact on our E-Discovery team through his work ethic and attention to detail which have been exceptional.

Superior Document Services Has Created a Financial Crisis First Response Team

Superior Document Services is pleased to announce the creation of a Financial Crisis First Response Team. This team is ready at a moment’s notice to work with corporations and their outside counsel in response to potential or impending legal actions stemming from the current financial crisis. The Superior team is comprised of knowledgeable specialists well versed in both the intricacies of e-discovery and corporate financial matters.

Effective response to these issues requires swift and strategic action. Aubrey Owens, Superior Document Services Vice President of Litigation Technology will spearhead the newly formed team. Aubrey’s track record includes 15 years of litigation support, technological innovation, and a proven track record of success in both managing complex litigation in both the United States and Asia.
